Concerns and Complaints Procedure

At Waihola School, we value open communication and are committed to addressing any concerns or complaints you may have. If you have a concern, please follow these steps:

1. Contact the Teacher: Start by discussing your concern with your child’s teacher. They are often best positioned to resolve classroom-related issues.

2. Speak with the Principal: If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to the principal for further assistance.

3. Formal Complaint: For more serious matters, you can submit a formal complaint in writing. Our office staff can guide you through this process.

We aim to resolve all concerns promptly and respectfully, ensuring a positive experience for you and your child.
